Print options
The most common board mailer packaging is the self locking hinged lid mailer box. Tailor made to your dimensions build your box bow.
Custom print specification
For a standard full-colour print we use a CMYK process. In addition we can print special colours to match your brands Pantone colours including pastels and metallic inks.
- Choose print ink spec
- One sided or both sides (This allows for print inside and out)
- Select the coating: a matt, gloss or silk protective finish over the print.

Choice of materials
Mailer packaging is available in a variety of board materials with different properties.
- Smooth white coated board

- Kraft Brown textured board

Double side coated
Using a double side coated board gives the same high quality print surface inside and out.
Kraft brown uncoated
Brown uncoated material gives an eco-friendly look and feel to your packaging. UV printing can achieve vivid colours with an underlaid white print.
Corrugated board material
Corrugated boards give mailer packaging extra strength and rigidity.
Finishing options
Choice of finish
The final stage of manufacture, we can add embellishments and finishing touches.
- Lamination: gloss, matt, or soft touch options
- UV varnish: gloss, matt as all over or spot varnishes.
